THIS MONTH’S PLANETARY HEALING FOCUS:

YOU’RE INVITED! -- Every week, I invite my readers to participate in a synchronized, worldwide prayer/meditation to promote World Healing. I welcome you to join us and combine your energy along with thousands of other people in sending love, light, and healing consciousness to the planet by focusing on the following “affirmative prayer” topic in prayer or meditation this Sunday at 12:00 noon Eastern Time:

The purpose of the Planetary Peace Gathering is to generate global harmony, but if we’re going to do something about healing our planet, it might be a good idea to heal OURSELVES a bit first. (As the flight attendants always tell us on the airlines, if you’re traveling with a child and the oxygen masks drop down, put your own mask on FIRST -- you’re no good to anyone else if YOU are incapacitated). So, as the starting point to the Planetary Peace Gathering project, this month let’s focus our group’s consciousness on releasing all of our inner fears, limitations, insecurities and resentments, all of the things that block us from believing in ourselves, opening our hearts, loving each other, and loving the world. This Sunday, at 12:00 noon Eastern time, wherever you are, please take ten minutes to pray/meditate on the following:

Close your eyes, and imagine that you are linking your heart and mind to all of the other participants in the P.P.G. Bring a beam of divine white light in through the top of your head, and allow it to fill your entire body. If there are any traits within yourself that you would like to let go of (bad habits, old wounds from the past, health problems, family problems, financial problems, anything in your life that is interfering with your happiness and well-being), imagine putting each problem into a bubble and then sending these problems one by one up into the beam of light, and watch them float away and vanish. Spend as much time as you like cleansing yourself of any negative, unhappy energies in your life.

Next, concentrate on sending healing love and light to all of the Planetary Peace Gathering participants (and anyone else you wish to send it to). Pray for the health and well-being of everyone in the group, and imagine all of us as healthy, happy, and filled with inner peace and abundance. Spend as long as you like basking in this beautiful healing energy of love, and when you are ready, close your prayer/meditation with these words: “May we all be blessed with peace, joy, love, togetherness and abundance.” (On the website is a beautiful quote by Marianne Williamson that perfectly expresses why getting ourselves whole and healthy will benefit the entire planet. It’s my favorite quote of all-time, and I was given permission by her publisher to post it on my site.

I encourage you to read it:

This e-mail has the potential to reach thousands, perhaps even millions of people depending on how often it gets forwarded to others. Imagine a MILLION people all praying for YOUR health and happiness. That’s POWERFUL energy being directed at your personal well-being, so expect miracles!

Since our world is a reflection of our collective thoughts, it makes sense for us to work together on an energetic level to create a world of global harmony. Each one of us has the power to shape reality by simply choosing to emanate thoughts and feelings of Love, Oneness, and Peace. And as individuals combine their consciousness by working together in groups, this power increases exponentially. A relatively small number of people can shift the energies on this planet towards peace.

We each affect the world around us by what we carry in our own individual consciousness. “Peace of MIND = Peace on EARTH.” When you vibrate feelings of Love, Oneness, and Gratitude, you L.O.G. onto the “Cosmic Internet” (the Universal Mind and the minds and hearts of all other living things). It is in this state of consciousness that healing is possible. Keep the above healing focus in mind as you go about your daily routines this month, and watch the miracles start to happen!

For complete information on participating in the weekly Planetary Peace Gathering and to read an Expanded Feature Article about this month’s topic, please visit the “World Healing Projects (New Subscribers: Please read about the project on the website before participating.) There is a lot of fascinating information about the power of human consciousness, including scientific evidence indicating that prayer DOES have the power to create measurable results!

PLEASE HELP ME INVITE MORE PEOPLE TO JOIN THE “PLANETARY PEACE GATHERING”:
Feel free to forward this e-zine to anyone you know who is interested in spiritual growth, planetary healing, and self-improvement. We can each make the world a better place by combining our energy and working TOGETHER to create Planetary Peace.

Thank you!

FEATURE ARTICLE #1: HOW TO MANIFEST ANYTHING YOU WANT

How do we create what we want in life, and eliminate the negative stuff (such as illness, or lack of money)? By creating the proper mindset. All manifestation begins in the mind, in the seeds we plant with our thoughts.

Whatever we focus on, we are giving energy to, and thus we are creating more and more of that condition, whether it be negative or positive. The more we think about any situation or condition, the more we are literally giving it life, giving it form, and perpetuating it in our lives. Moreover, if our thoughts are very intense because there is strong emotion attached to them, the more power we add to that condition. Positive emotions like joy and love add to positive manifestations, and negative emotions like fear, dread, worry, and anger make conditions worse.

Therefore, the key to changing our outward circumstances is to change our inner thought patterns. We need to stop feeding energy time and time again to negative conditions by dwelling on what we DON’T want (inner monologues such as “I don’t have enough money; I don’t know how I’m going to pay the phone bill next week; I’m really worried about this; what if it gets worse; what if I get deeper in debt; if I can’t make my car payments they’ll repossess my car,” etc.) There’s a saying that goes, “If you can put something out of your MIND, you can put it out of your LIFE.” Thus, instead of swimming around in these kinds of negative thought patterns, we can improve our lives by altering our internal monologues so that our thoughts are positive and focused exclusively on what we DO want.

There are three steps for creating new thought patterns through the use of affirmations:

1) Create a NEW sentence that affirms what you DO want, and always word your affirmations as positive rather than negative statements. For example, “I don’t want to be sick” is a negatively-worded statement, and a better statement would be “I am becoming healthy in every way.” The first statement is still focusing on what you don’t want, while the second affirms the condition you DO want. Pay attention to how you word your statements, and never include any words in your affirmations describing what you DON’T want. Many statements which appear quite positive, such as “I am free of all diseases,” are still actually negative statements in that they include words representing something you DON’T want. If you don’t want disease, then do not include that word anywhere in your thought-patterns. When constructing your statements, first ask yourself exactly what it is you want (in this case, health), and then use THAT word to form your affirmations.

2) Always state your affirmations in the present tense: “I AM” rather than “I WILL BE.” This is important because the subconscious mind takes your words literally; therefore, if you state that your desired condition is happening NOW, your thought-forms will begin to manifest that energy. However, if you state that an event or condition “will” happen, that puts it in the future, and therefore it may stay out of reach of the present. Stating “I AM BECOMING ___________” gives direct instructions to your subconscious mind to begin CREATING what you are affirming.

3) Remember that emotions add power to affirmations. It’s important to avoid dwelling in negative emotional states such as fear, worry, or despair, and instead try to consciously focus on feeling peaceful, happy, enthusiastic, and optimistic. This takes practice, but you’ll be pleasantly surprised to learn that moods CAN be controlled and altered through intent. (Highly recommended reading: “Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting,” by Lynn Grabhorn)

The art of manifesting positive conditions is very simple to actually do; it requires no formal training, no special equipment, costs no money, etc. However, many things interfere with our ability to do this:

* Societal conditioning -- we are bombarded every day with negative reinforcement by our families, friends, co-workers, and the media to believe that life is a huge struggle and that bad things are waiting for us around every corner.

* Past experiences -- once we’ve had a negative experience, such as getting into a car accident, getting fired, getting dumped by a boyfriend or girlfriend and so forth, it subconsciously conditions us to fear that this may happen again.

* Habits -- Human beings are creatures of habit, and once we get used to thinking about our lives in certain ways, we tend to keep doing it automatically. (Note: There are dozens of self-improvement tapes available on www.MetamorphosisMagazine.com that can help you break free of any negative habit. Check them out when you get a chance.)

It takes diligent and consistent effort to change habitual thought patterns, but it can be done if you’re willing to make a commitment to recreating your life. You will need to monitor and evaluate your thoughts throughout the day, and whenever you catch yourself engaging in negative thinking, immediately replace those thoughts with positive affirmations (it’s a good idea to post little notes around your home and office to remind you to be aware of your thoughts and feelings. I made a poster for my home that says 1) What are you THINKING about right now? 2) Is this something you WANT? 3) If the answer is “no,” change your thoughts to something POSITIVE instead). And for best results, spend 15 minutes each morning and evening deliberately thinking about and affirming exactly the way you would like your life to be. With consistent practice, your patterns will begin to change, and you will begin to see more and more positive conditions manifesting in your life.

EXERCISE: One great way to work with these techniques is to create an “Affirmations Journal.” In a notebook, write down exactly how you WANT your life to be, in all areas (your health, your relationships, your finances, your living conditions, your career, your hobbies and interests, and so forth), filling in as much detail as possible and worded in the present tense: “My name is _______. I enjoy perfect health. I weigh ____ pounds. I live in (state your ideal place to live). My home is (describe your dream house in great detail).” And so forth. Then, READ your notebook every day, VISUALIZE all of it as if it were a reality, and FEEL positive feelings of joy and enthusiasm about it. And, of course, keep adding new things to your notebook as they occur to you!

FEATURE ARTICLE #2: ASTROLOGY FOR PARENTS: THE FOUR ASTROLOGICAL ELEMENTS

(NOTE: Although this article is written for parents, the Astrological information it contains can be applied to the charts of adults as well)

When a child is born, the planets create an energetic “blueprint” pointing to special traits within him or her. This unique, personal Astrology Chart can be used as a handy guide in understanding a child’s temperament, personality, strengths and weaknesses, sense of purpose, emotional needs, and relationships with others.

No two children are alike, not even siblings; therefore parenting techniques that work like a dream with one child may upset, frustrate or inhibit another. I have seen time and time again in my 20-year practice as a professional Astrologer that learning some basic things about Astrology can be an enormous help to parents in understanding each of their children’s unique characteristics and needs.

Somewhere within every person’s chart are the Astrological locations of 10 planets (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto) as well as other key factors like the Ascendant, Midheaven, and the Nodes. All of these factors together in specific combinations make up the unique blueprint that is your child’s chart.

It can be quite complex to study all aspects of an Astrology chart, but if you break it down into its most basic components step by step, you can uncover valuable, helpful information about your children. This month, I will cover an area of Astrology that is rather simple to understand: The “elements.”

There are four elements in Astrology (Fire, Earth, Air and Water), and each of the 12 signs of the zodiac is influenced by one of these elements:

Fire = Aries, Leo, Sagittarius
Earth = Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn
Air = Gemini, Libra, Aquarius
Water = Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces

Each of the elements is known for adding certain characteristics to an individual’s personality; therefore, one quick way of getting an overview of your child’s basic traits is to just “do the math”: Add up how many of the planets and other key factors in her/his chart are in each element (giving extra emphasis to the element of the sun sign, moon sign, and ascendant). Most (but not all) Astrology charts will have a majority of points in just one or two of the four primary elements:

If your child’s chart has a strong emphasis on FIRE elements, s/he will tend towards being very action-oriented. Fire signs are generally impulsive, quick to make decisions, and quick to make a move. Kids with a lot of Fire energy can throw themselves into a new project or activity with total enthusiasm - but then their interest may “fizzle out” once their attention wanders off to something newer and more exciting. They are great at STARTING things, not always so great at FINISHING them.

Fire-oriented children tend to be very social -- they like parties and gatherings, love to have fun, and get energized by being around other kids. They can be dramatic at times, and they thrive on being the center of attention. Fire children need a lot of freedom to explore and expand their horizons, and the space to be active. They’ll get frustrated if they’re too confined (try keeping a Fiery infant or toddler in a playpen, and you’ll see what I mean). For stimulation, they need toys that are action-oriented, other kids to play with, and sports are also a good activity for burning up some of that abundant energy. Decorate their rooms with bold, bright colors.

When “Fire” children get upset or angry, they can make quite a scene -- loud, physical, intense. But don’t worry; they tend to get over things rather quickly. A Fire-child tantrum is like a summer thunderstorm: it rolls in quickly with a lot of thunder and lightning, but then the sun comes back out and everything is fine again.

POSITIVE TRAITS of Fire signs: They are generally enthusiastic, confident, independent, optimistic, outgoing, honest and direct, cheerful, friendly, go-getters, and often possess natural leadership abilities socially.

NEGATIVE TRAITS of Fire signs: These children can be restless, impulsive, and often won’t listen to instructions because they’re too much in a hurry to pay attention to the details. They can be easily bored or distracted, and often lack the patience to stick with a task until completion. With peers, they can be bossy and demanding, and often egocentric to the point where they have trouble sharing the spotlight with anyone else.

CARE & FEEDING: Fire sign children are generally happy to eat once you actually get them to sit still, but they may try to rush through their meals so they can run back outside to play. Try to get them to slow down long enough to actually chew and digest their food.

If your child’s chart has a strong emphasis on EARTH elements, s/he will tend to have a more practical approach to life. Earth signs generally like to look before they leap. They like to have a plan and they like to know what to expect; a trait that may cause them to be apprehensive at times about approaching new situations. It’s best to prepare Earth-dominant children ahead of time for any upcoming changes in their schedules or environments, so they have time to prepare and acclimate. If their familiar routines get too disrupted, it can really throw them off balance and upset them. They need a fairly calm environment and a stable routine they can count on.

Earth-oriented children tend to like structured games, where they have the opportunity to fully learn the rules so that they can excel with practice. Board games, games of strategy, video games, and organized team sports like baseball can be very appealing. Also, the arts and music are often good activities for these kids, as is being in contact with nature. For decor, earth-tone colors will be soothing, and put plants in their room (unless they have allergies).

When Earth children get upset or angry, they generally react with a stubborn attitude -- they dig in their heels and refuse to budge. You will have to present them with practical reasons why they have to or cannot do something: show them how cooperating will benefit them in some way, and they will probably be easier to deal with.

POSITIVE TRAITS of Earth signs: They are usually stable, practical, organized, goal-oriented, even-tempered (unless pushed), and more patient and persevering than the other elements.

NEGATIVE TRAITS of Earth signs: Since they have a tendency to be very stubborn and set in their ways, they can be reluctant or even anxious about trying new things. Possessiveness when it comes to their toys (and even their friends and family members) is another common trait.

CARE & FEEDING: Mealtime is usually not a problem with Earth-oriented kids, as they generally are quite fond of food (children with strong Virgo may be a bit more fussy, or may have a “nervous stomach” at times). Be sure not to use food as a reward, though, or you may find these children becoming too food-oriented, to the point where they may overeat.

If your child’s chart has a strong emphasis on AIR elements, s/he will tend to approach the world from a mental/intellectual perspective. These children seek ideas and information; be prepared to answer endless questions as your Air-oriented child seeks to learn about the world by gathering as much information as possible. They can be curious about everything under the sun!

Air-oriented children like games and activities that provide mental stimulation: computer games, word games, puzzles, books and so forth. And they like to talk! Conversation with others feeds their intellectual processing and keeps things lively; however, Air-sign children are also capable of entertaining and amusing themselves quite well. They need a lot of variety, changes of scenery, and toys and activities that stimulate their imagination. Fill their rooms with interesting things to look at: mobiles, posters, books, and a variety of colors (pastels are good).

When Air children become upset, they can get quite cranky and fidgety. Anger in Air children is usually expressed verbally -- they’ll hurl insults at you and can be quite sarcastic when riled up. Their alternate tactic is to dazzle you with logical, verbal arguments as to why they should get their way. Air children need a solid explanation for WHY they have to or cannot do something. The response “Because I said so” from a parent will not work with these kids!

POSITIVE TRAITS of Air signs: Inventive, versatile, communicative, independent, friendly & sociable, adaptable to change and new environments. They generally acclimate well to school, as they enjoy learning and socializing.

NEGATIVE TRAITS of Air Signs: Tendency to be fickle; easily bored; tendency to scatter their energies in too many directions. Often they may try to evade responsibility, and can be quite creative in their excuses! (It was probably a Gemini child who invented “The dog ate my homework.”)

CARE & FEEDING: When your Air-oriented child is absorbed in a fascinating project, game or activity, s/he is likely to forget all about food, and it may be hard to pull them away for mealtimes. Air children often have erratic eating habits and an abundance of nervous energy, and therefore frequent snacking often serves their temperaments better than three large, regularly-scheduled meals.

If your child’s chart has a strong emphasis on WATER elements, s/he will approach the world through the perspective of her/his emotions. Water-dominant children are sensitive and empathic, and tend to be kind and nurturing towards others. They are deeply impressionable, and can pick up on and become overwhelmed by any discord in their environments; therefore, they need calm and peaceful surroundings. Loud, boisterous people or places can really stress them out! Because they are so sensitive, their feelings are easily hurt, and things that would roll right off the backs of the other elements dig under their skin. Yelling at them is not the best way to discipline them, as their sensitive little nervous systems can’t cope well with strong expressions of anger.

Good activities for Water-oriented children include being outdoors in nature (especially swimming), arts and crafts, music, and things that stimulate their vivid imaginations. Pets are often wonderful for these kids, as a pet can give them something to cuddle and nurture, and provide a safe source of “unconditional love” on those days when the world feels mean and cold. An aquarium in their room will be very soothing, as will the colors blue and green.

Tantrums or hurt feelings in Water children will usually result in lots of tears. When they are upset, they need lots of hands-on comforting -- hold them, cuddle them, rock them, wrap them in their favorite blanket, give them their favorite stuffed animal. It can take a lot of reassurance to get a Water-oriented child over a hurt, because they feel everything so deeply. They tend to withdraw and sulk when upset, and need to be patiently coaxed out of their down mood.

POSITIVE TRAITS of Water signs: They are usually gentle and kind, affectionate, imaginative, creative, and often artistically inclined. They pick up on and care about the feelings and well-being of others.

NEGATIVE TRAITS of Water signs: Because they are so emotional, they can be moody, oversensitive (overreacting to things), and can nurse hurt feelings and hold grudges. New places and people can make them anxious, and therefore they can be very shy and even clingy to mom or dad until they get familiar with the new place or person. May be a tendency to be secretive, even manipulative.

CARE & FEEDING: When all is well in their worlds, they are easy to feed. However, when they are in the midst of any emotional turmoil, it usually results in a nervous or upset stomach. That’s one clue to knowing when something may be “eating” away at your Water child emotionally -- when s/he has a tummy ache!

GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP PROJECT FOR THE MONTH:

Take five minutes of your time to potentially save a life: Fill out an organ donor card, carry it in your wallet, and most importantly, notify your family of your wish to be an organ donor. Every year thousands of people die because there is such a shortage of healthy organs, and by becoming a donor, you can save several lives after you pass on. (visit www.unos.org for more information. UNOS is the United Network for Organ Sharing, and can help you register as an organ donor)

The goal of “The Global Citizenship Project” is to help anyone who wishes to make a difference find something suitable to their interests and talents, and availability of time and resources. Listed on the website are hundreds of suggestions that any person can use to make the world a better place by following “global citizenship” practices -- feel free to send in a suggestion of your own when you visit! (Parents and teachers -- help the world by raising “globally conscious” kids. Check out the website for complete details... www.MetamorphosisMagazine.com)

Small contributions to the common good add up to big contributions when enough people are inspired to participate. Each small act of kindness adds up; there is power in numbers. One person may not be able to change the world much, but 1,000 people can make a huge difference, and 100,000 people can move mountains! Think about it: If EVERYBODY on the planet committed just ONE tiny, little act of kindness or generosity every day, that’s 6.3 BILLION positive contributions to the world, every day, every week, every year. How powerful is that!

FEATURE ARTICLE #3: WHAT IS TRUE LOVE?

Why do so many of us continue to seek relationships even though relationships may have caused us great pain, sorrow, and disappointment? I believe that the answer is because what we are actually seeking is the wonderful feeling that comes from being connected to the Divine/Universal Consciousness, and deep down inside we intuitively know that one way to connect with this greater energy is to "fall in love."

Love is the highest power in the Universe. It has been called the answer to every question, the only thing that truly matters. I also believe that it is the lack of love that is at the root of all of the world's problems. Certainly there would be no wars if everyone loved and respected their neighbors. And certainly the environment would not be in such critical shape if all people loved and respected the earth. And most individual problems can also be traced to a lack of love: When we are disconnected from a true feeling of Love within our souls, a void is created inside ourselves. We become depressed, or we distract ourselves from our inner boredom by watching TV, or we chase after money and status and material possessions, or we use alcohol or drugs to “numb the pain” we feel inside, or we completely stress ourselves out by working 12-hour days in the belief that “success” will make us “worthy,” or we obsess about our looks and go on diets and get plastic surgery in an attempt to be “perfect” so we will be “lovable.” However, none of these misguided attempts to make ourselves feel better really work, because nothing other than “True Love” can actually eliminate the emptiness inside.

By “True Love,” I do not mean "finding that one special person who will make us happy." No mere human being can fill this void; no individual can make another person happy. So why then are relationships so desirable and important to us? It is because relationships can serve as a catalyst that leads us back to Divine Consciousness. When we "fall in love" with someone, it triggers a series of reactions that put us back in touch with the energy of Universal Love: Our hearts open, and suddenly the entire world looks rosy, and we go through the day smiling, and we feel optimistic about the future, and we find it easy to be nice to everyone we meet, and we walk around in a profound state of happiness.

The good news is that once we realize that we do not need to be in a relationship with another person in order to experience "True Love," we can begin to create love right now, today. The goal, after all, is to grow in positive ways and reach a level of happiness, health, and inner peace, with or without a relationship. (It's funny, but it's one of life's paradoxes that the more we work on making ourselves happy and healthy, the greater our chances of actually finding a quality relationship, for we become much more attractive to others when we are open, positive, and happy.)

So, how do we "get" to this grand and glorious love state? The key to getting love is to give love. It's another one of life's paradoxes that the more we give love away, the more love comes back to us in a thousand different ways. So strive to take a stand each day to open your heart, become filled with love, and send this love out into the world. Every day, practice loving each and every living thing (including yourself!) as if he/she/it were sacred. For in truth we are all sacred.

If you need a "jump-start" in getting Love Consciousness to begin flowing through you, try some of these ideas:

* Smile at people, wherever you go. It's amazing how something as simple as a smile can open people's hearts and create a connection.

* Whenever you meet someone, ask yourself how you would treat your own cherished grandparent, brother, sister, or child. Now ask yourself, how would you want others to treat your loved ones? Remember that everyone you meet is someone's grandmother, or child, or sister -- so do for them what you hope others would do for your own family.

* You know how people get caught up in the "Christmas spirit" every December, and for about a month we all go out of our way to be nice to each other and to spread good cheer? Well, don't waste the other eleven months of the year. Pretend every day is “Christmas.”

* Read books that inspire you, whether they be spiritual/religious books, or books on positive thinking, or books about role models who have brought love and light to the world.

* Learn how to meditate. Meditation is one of the best ways I know to reach higher states of inner serenity, bliss, and Divine Oneness. Meditation can benefit you on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

* Make a conscious effort to make others feel good about themselves. Compliment the chef when you have a nice meal in a restaurant. Send a letter to a manager to let them know how friendly and helpful a particular customer service representative was to you. In short, whenever anyone brightens your day in any way, no matter how small, give them positive feedback. And especially, work to raise self-esteem in the children in your life.

* Don't take your loved ones for granted, and don't wait until after they're dead to say "I wish I'd told them more often just how much they meant to me." Tell them now, and tell them often. Tell them in person. Write them letters. Send them cards. Make sure they know how much they are loved.

The above are simply some suggestions to get you thinking. There are lots of additional suggestions on the website (www.MetamorphosisMagazine.com, in the World Healing section) about how to be more loving in the world, all of which can help you connect to the Divine Love State. Do whatever it takes to "activate" the love flow inside of yourself, for the more time you spend in this state of mind, the more joy will fill your soul, and the more you will attract loving people and situations into your life.

CREATING HAPPY RELATIONSHIPS: LOVINGKINDNESS TIP:

This month, show your appreciation for your mate by making him or her “King or Queen for a Day”: Pick any ordinary day, and spend the entire day pampering your mate and doing things that make her/him happy: Bring your mate breakfast in bed. Draw a bubble bath for him/her, with scented candles and relaxing music. Take her/him to an event you know s/he will enjoy: a show or a movie s/he wants to see, a baseball game, an art museum -- whatever s/he likes to do. Buy her/him a gift, and wrap it up in pretty paper. Give him/her a backrub. Take him/her to their favorite restaurant for dinner. Be creative, and find ways to make your mate feel special and appreciated.

RELATIONSHIP COMPATIBILITY ANALYSIS

Almost everyone on the planet has heard of analyzing Astrology charts as a way of understanding an individual personality, but did you know that you can also use Astrology to study a relationship between two individuals? This type of Astrology is called “synastry,” and it is used to examine the Astrological compatibility between two people’s birth charts. The way your own planets interact with your partner’s planets can tell you hundreds of fascinating things about your relationship. For example:

* The placements of Jupiter reveal the gifts your partner is going to bring into your life, and vice versa. The Astrological house your mate’s Jupiter lands in will provide you with details about the ways in which being in this relationship will benefit you in the long run.

My number-one recommended book for creating powerful shifts in consciousness:

“Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting” by Lynn Grabhorn: Would you like to have perfect health? Would you like to have happy relationships? Would you like to always have plenty of money? Then get this book. It will show you the secret to having it ALL -- and it’s surprisingly easy. This technique WORKS!

HEALTH CORNER: Easy Tip For More Radiant, Glowing Skin:

I have a neighbor in her sixties who has the most beautiful skin, smooth and glowing. I complimented her on it one day, and she shared her skin-care routine with me: Wash your face morning and evening with Dove soap and a washcloth (get a rough, coarse one that can really scrub your skin). After washing off the soap, thoroughly scrub your face with the wet washcloth to exfoliate all the dead skin cells. Then, don’t dry your face -- while it is still damp, apply moisturizer. The moisturizer mixes with the water to deeply hydrate your skin. Be sure to use a high-quality, all-natural moisturizer -- my neighbor, Kathy, recommended Ester-C Creme, by Jason Natural Cosmetics (1-877-JASON-01).

I found this one in my local health food store, but I’m sure there are lots of other good moisturizers on the market, too. This skin-care routine is very simple and easy to do, yet you will see a BIG difference in just a couple of days. Thanks, Kathy!

MIND POWER TIP FOR THE MONTH: Creating Abundance

Since abundance begins in our lives as a FEELING, practice feeling abundant every day. Stop projecting thoughts of lack into the future, and just focus on feeling blessed by what you DO have TODAY. I had a bad habit of always projecting my current checking account balance to the end of the month, and then worrying because TODAY’S amount might not be enough to cover THEN. However, once I stopped to just focus on everything I had in the present, I’d go through a miraculous transformation from feeling “poor” to feeling “wealthy.” I’d simply ask myself, “Do I have enough to cover my needs TODAY?” And the answer was yes: I had a roof over my head, food in my kitchen, money in my purse for the concert I’m going to tonight, enough in the checking account to pay the three bills that are currently sitting on my table, and so on. Once I stopped worrying about what I might or might not have LATER, I realized how abundant I truly was RIGHT NOW.

MONEY CORNER: Cut Your Mortgage In Half

Homeowners: Help support the Global Citizenship Project by participating in our NO-COST fundraiser. That’s right -- instead of taking money out of your pocket, our unique fundraiser actually puts money back INTO your pocket!

Here’s the scoop:

Instead of working 40 hours a week for an extra 10 YEARS to pay off your mortgage, why not spend just 10 MINUTES today and cut $100,000 right off your current mortgage? The program I’ve discovered to share with my subscribers is quick, easy, hassle-free, requires NO refinancing, and can literally cut your mortgage in HALF -- and oh, by the way, did I mention that this service is COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE? If you have a mortgage, you owe it to yourself to at least check it out: www.MetamorphosisMagazine.com/Mortgage.html

SPECIAL THANKS TO MY “BUSINESS SUPPORT TEAM”:

Joyce Chandler for doing such an awesome job creating the website, and Gail Mardfin for the beautiful fundraising website.

Vikki Anderson and Camille Dullaghan, for their endless support of all my endeavors.

Dena Moscola, for helping me gain clarity of purpose.

Bob Carrigan and Dwight Collins, for believing in my vision over the years. A big thank-you to my family for all their help.

And thank you to everyone else who has offered me encouragement and assistance in making this project a reality!

That’s all for now -- thanks for reading, and may your life be blessed with joy and abundance!
